I ordered 4 of these for Christmas presents to be delivered to my parents since I live overseas and they were traveling to meet me. The company sent one shoulder bag instead. I contacted the company and basically I now bear the responsibility of returning the item and dealing with Amazon to get a refund then re-ordering them. Needless to say, these will not be Christmas presents this year. This is especially frustrating to me since I do not live in the US ordering online allows me make certain that my family in the states are remembered during the holidays.

This is a really good travel organizer, it is nice and sturdy. It is really roomy and can fit lots of things, also the zipper doesn’t let things fall out.

Item appears quite durable and the right size to fit all travel documents.
However I was sent a black one whe I ordered a silver one and that was disappointing.

Nice product with alot of room but it is a large item so not real sure were I can place it on my computer bag that is out of the way. But again quality is great.
